I'd like to add that we have own business from production to delivery (as well as call centres, warehouses in each country, self - made platform https://hypeoffers.com/en).
Conversion takes place when one completes the purchase via phone. Its COD nutra (clients pay after delivery) - a very good way to sell in East Europe, because people find it more trustful.
Facebook, Google, SEO, native, push work good with our products. So we are looking for someone who works with these sources.

International CPA network Hypeoffers is looking for a remote affiliate manager (Slovak/ Czech / Polish speaker). We are a direct advertiser and specialize in health & beauty market. We are developing this market! Join our team ))
Responsibilities:
- Looking for new affiliates.
- Build and develop close relationships with new affiliates.
- Negotiate new deals and affiliate contracts to keep revenue and growth targets and KPI's.
- Ensure the brand is represented correctly in the affiliate sites including the monitoring of reviews, trackers, and creatives.
- Handle day to day communications and provide ongoing support and assistance to the accounts.
- Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
- Work with CRM.
- Participate in industry events and keep updated on industry trends following through with reports.
- Carry out regular and extensive competitor analysis and market research.
- Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management.
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme.
The perfect candidate for this position will have:
1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing in health&beauty market.
Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships both online and offline.
A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally to trade shows and conferences.
Excellent time-management skills.
Good written communication in English.
You should be a native speaker one of East Europe countries.
